I have been painting canvas + murals since the early 2000’s.
No conscious decision was made to almost exclusively paint animals but I have always enjoyed the flows and shapes found in nature and animals are truly a never ending source of inspiration.

Growing up in Ireland l found an early interest in art, my enthusiasm grew from the consumption of 90s cartoons, pop culture and having a keen interest in bold graphic design and illustration, pairing that with the inspiration found in Irish wildlife.

My style has evolved over the years as I believe it should. It’s important to keep moving forward and explore new approaches as well as improve on existing ones. I always aim to improve.

Painting has given me the opportunity to travel and meet many like minds and I’m grateful to be able to do what I love. On this site you will see a selection of my favourite works spanning back almost a decade.
